A

A

Manipulation of fetus through maternal abdomen to cephalic

What are the contraindications of an ECV?

A

Limited evidence, placenta abruption or abnormal doppler/CTG

A

Empty bladder, CTG, lie flat, USS, disimpact breech, pressure to both poles, CTG, observe

LSCS= decreases perinatal morbidity
SVD= increase risk of low APGAR
LSCS= future complications increased
SVD= future complications decreased
