Verify door is Armed by using the 3 point check

Rotate door control handle up to unlock “crack open” the door

Using a helper, manually raise the door using the handholds until the unlatch release button engages

Operation:

Remove PAX from adjacent seats

Assess

Remove plastic cover

Facing AFT, using asile hand pull window release handle in & down while holding on to the hand hold with your other hand

Lift, turn & place on seats

Pull manual inflation handle located at the upper AFT corner of all window sills

For ditching: Life line is located at the upper FWD corner of the FWD most window

B767 Cockpit Clear-view Windows and Escape Ropes

Operation:

Press lock lever button Rotate lock lever AFT

Rotate hand crank AFT

Escape Rope Operation:

Open compartment

Lower escape rope out of window looking for color change

Wrap rope around hand

Exit window head & shoulder 1st

Lower self to ground hand-over-hand motion
