In ALL Situations

CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING / ABNORMAL PRESSURIZATION

1. Oxygen Masks And Regulators - On / 100%
2. Crew Communications - Establish

Aborted Engine Start

1. Start Lever - CUTOFF

Engine Limit / Surge / Stall

1. Thrust Lever - Retard to maintain within limits

*** NG ***
Engine Limit / Surge / Stall

1. Autothrottle (If engaged) - DISENGAGED
2. Thrust Lever - Retard to maintain within limits

Dual Engine Failure

1. Start Switches - FLT
2. Start Levers - CUTOFF
EGT Decreasing:
3. Start Levers - IDLE
If EGT exceeds 930C or there is no increase in EGT within 30 seconds:
Repeat above steps as necessary

Engine Overheat

1. Thrust Lever - CLOSE
THEN
IF OVERHEAT light remains illuminated

APU Fire

1. APU Fire Warning Switch - Pull, Rotate and Hold 1 Second
2. APU Switch - OFF

Airspeed Unreliable

1. Aircraft Attitude/Thrust - Adjust
2. Pitot Heat - Confirm ON
3. Mach/Airspeed Indicators - Crosscheck

Engine Fire / Severe Damage / Separation / Seizure

1. Thrust Lever - CLOSE
2. Start Lever - CUTOFF
3. Engine Fire Warning Switch - PULL
If the fire warning light or the OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
4. Engine Fire Warning Switch - Rotate left or right and hold for 1 second.
If after 30 seconds the fire warning light or OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
5. Engine Fire Warning Switch - Rotate to remaining bottle and hold for a minimum of 1 second.

Smoke / Fire / Fumes on the aircraft

1. Oxygen Masks And Regulators - ON/ 100%
2. Smoke Goggles (if required) - ON

1. Autothrottle (If engaged) - DISENGAGED
2. Thrust Lever - CLOSE
3. Start Lever - CUTOFF
4. Engine Fire Warning Switch - PULL
If the fire warning light or the OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
5. Engine Fire Warning Switch - Rotate left or right and hold for 1 second.
If after 30 seconds the fire warning light or OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
6. Engine Fire Warning Switch - Rotate to remaining bottle and hold for a minimum of 1 second.

Lavatory smoke / fire

1. Oxygen Masks And Regulators - ON/ 100%
2. Smoke Goggles (if required) - ON

WARNING HORN (INTERMITTENT) OR WARNING LIGHT - CABIN ALTITUDE OR TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION

If an intermittent warning horn sounds or the CABIN ALTITUDE warning light (if installed and operative) illuminates at an aircraft altitude above 10,000 feet MSL:
Oxygen Masks And Regulators - ON / 100%
Crew Communications - Establish
Accomplish The Cabin Altitude Warning / Abnormal
Pressurization Immediate Action Items And Checklist (Page A-15).

If the intermittent warning horn sounds or the TAKEOFF CONFIG warning light (if installed and operative) illuminates on the ground:
1. Assure Proper Aircraft Takeoff Configuration.

Runaway stabilizer

1. Control Column - Hold Firmly
2. Autopilot (If engaged) - DISENGAGE
If runaway stabilizer continues:
3. Stabilizer Trim Cutout Switches - CUTOUT
If runaway stabilizer continues:
4. Stabilizer Trim Wheel - Grasp and Hold
