All members are prohibited from making statements that are disruptive to the operations of the Department, or that would disclose confidential information including, but not limited to, statements about:

C. The hospital(s) to which the patient(s) or victim(s) are being transported. Members shall not discuss the condition of patient(s) or victim(s), the care provided or other confidential information

Members of the Department are encouraged to contact the Press Office whenever they have knowledge of a newsworthy event involving the department or any of our members. This includes (but is not limited to) activities on or off duty. In order for newsworthy events to be publicized in a timely fashion the press desk must be notified when?
