Enlisted members shall receive
- A grade no greater than 1.0 in “Military Bearing” or Professionalism (CHIEFEVAL block 35 or EVAL block 36)

• Marks of “Significant Problems” and “Retention Not Recommended” (EVAL block 45 and 47)
