What are the duties of the ECP? (16)

A
  1. obtain radio and Entry Control kit
  2. don vest
  3. position close to entry point
  4. inform IC of location
  5. safety check of PPE of personnel passing thru Entry Control Point
  6. collect PIT from every person passing thru ECP
  7. attch PIT to EC board/ split ring
  8. record time of entry/ exit of personnel
  9. record and make changes of necessary assignment changes of personnel on EC board
  10. monitor time of entry personnel vs. suspected air cylinder time
  11. notify IC/ sector officer if personnel are unaccounted for or seem to be reaching SCBA limit
  12. report ot IC as ordered
  13. conduct/ participate in PAR, if ordered by IC
  14. ensure that non-FF, who are authorized by IC to enter hot zone, are accompanied by fire personnel
  15. forward completed EC Worksheet to IC for submission to Admin.
