Must be:Member of the same householdOR staff member of any hospital, institution or residence where victim residesHad frequent contact with the victim and knew they were at risk of death, GBH, or sexual assault as a result of:-an unlawfuly act of anotherOR omission by another to discharge or perform a legal duty which is a major departure from the sgabdard of care expected of a reasonable person to whom that legal duty appliesFails to take reasonable steps to protect the victim from that risk.Must be over 18yrs.
