If you’re reading this blog post at the time of its publishing, you’re probably reading it on a crappy-looking website that I (Brainscape’s founder) can’t stand to look at, considering that we will be releasing a much better version in a few weeks. Yet the current status of Brainscape is really quite amazing if we consider how far Brainscape has come this past year.
A year ago, Brainscape had no real users, no iPhone app, and no blog. We had no GRE Vocab Genius, no World Geography Crash Course, and no Beginner Spanish Deluxe. Brainscape didn’t even have a Twitter account! To think that just a single year has witnessed the creation of such a broad, deep product – and that this product has gotten such an enthusiastic reception from both users and investors – makes me very happy about this year’s progress. I only have my team and users to thank.
So if you are happy about Brainscape now (or even if you’re not), you should be really excited about where this momentum will be taking us over the next year. Expect some exciting new features, juicy new content, and a growing community of knowledge junkies who will make Brainscape one of the most promising eLearning innovations that the world has seen in a very long time. You should feel special that you are such an early adopter!
